My interview experience with Filics was unfortunately very poor. A 40‑minute agenda was squeezed into a 15‑minute slot that was originally presented as an informal meet‑and‑greet. There was no information shared about the company, the team, the role, or even basic topics like salary or structure. I was able to ask only one question before the interview was abruptly cut short for another meeting. The process felt rushed, unprepared, and handled by people with no interviewing or HR experience. One question from the Chief of Staff was particularly out of context, challenging the coherence of my studies and career path in a way that felt inappropriate and uninformed. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of structure and professionalism.
