I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FieldPulse (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Overall, my experience with FieldPulse was a mix of positive interactions and some disappointment toward the end. The team was professional, kind, and communicative throughout most of the process, which I truly appreciated. I made it through several rounds and felt genuinely excited about the opportunity and the direction things were going.
However, it became a bit disheartening to get so close to the final stage and then not move forward, only to later be considered for another role that didn’t seem aligned with my background or strengths. It left me feeling like the process could have been more intentional in matching candidates to roles where there was a clearer path to success.
That said, I don’t take away from the fact that the people I spoke with were great, and I respect the company for the time and effort they invested. I would just encourage a bit more clarity and alignment in later stages of the hiring process to ensure candidates feel their time and energy are being equally valued.
I applied online. I interviewed at FieldPulse in Jan 2026
Interview
I had applied online, and they responded quickly to schedule an interview. The interview was a standard screening call with the general type of questions and reviewing on the logistics of the position.

This was an amazing experience. It was easygoing, energetic, and truly supportive. Communication was easy, and they provided awesome feedback. They truly care about whether or not their company aligns with your goals and that it's not just another job you applied to.
