Interview
I met with both owners face to face, they were two hours late. In their defense, I had called and left a message postponing, but did not hear back from them so I cancelled my plans and showed up on time. Owners are great people. They did check references and hired me and the other guy they interviewed. I know of one guy who got the job because someone didn't show up to work and I went and picked him up. Overall pretty easy interview process.
