Halfway through the interview process and trying to see the questions they might ask on part two.
Part 1 was a personality test that seemed to be aimed at determining if I have social skills and if I'll work overtime.
If you're an employee at a hardware store, and a customer asks you were to find buckets because they need one for a party, but you know they want a bowl, what do you do?
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

3 intervies
- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
