Interview
Due to the current Covid crisis and to avoid any risks to senior personnel, the interview was a multiple person phone meeting, which lasted 45 minutes and involved the usual tell us about yourself, followed by really excellent questions, which although not directly, were all pertaining in some way to the role.

Interview
The process was very structured. There were 3 interviews that have been more and more specific. The first one was focusing on my motivation to join the program. The second interview was tailored to verify my skills and the third was specific on the project on which I applied.
