Fable interview questions

They ghosted me after what felt like a solid interview, without explanation or any contact after reaching out. Disappointing, given how much effort obviously goes into them being perceived as a people first business.

They had a new hire (6 months in) give the interview to a developer...yeah, that kind of company, and that kind of person who thinks they have a the acumen to intuit a person's skill sets. Why dont they let the HM give the interview, recruiters have no idea what the tech is and usually just go by "if they like you or not"...
