FORM.3 architects interview questions

I was hired on reference. One of my friend referred me there. Most people get hired on reference or formerly worked on a project there. A good portfolio and being presentable is a must. Also good leadership and management skill is required. Any employee would handle lot of external affiliation. So responsible communition skill is very necessary.
