One-day hiring process. Interviewer is responsive and affirmative with my answers. Our conversation went well and they listen attentively with everything you say about yourself. They will try to look impressed with your delivery but you have to show your weakness, too. I failed opening up with my challenges.

Easy and fast. I was able to ask question about the position and how it works to see if this is the best spot for me to help grow. I was hired very quickly
Standard questions lasted around 45 minutes typical two on one interview. Asked to do a short presentation to back up your interview process, pleasant interviewers and made to feel comfortable throughout
