First step was interview with HR - 30min (very kind, about previous experience, reasons for changing company, salary expectations). Then continues technical Interview (lasted almost 2 hours) related to Java theory, previous experience in automation with examples, Test pyramid, different types of testing. Very nice, even some questions were tough. And for questions partially or incorrectly answered, right answers were explained, which was really nice and actually, rare situation on interviews. If passed first circle, next two would be interview and offer presentstion.

Moderate level question. There is 2 levels one is technical interview and other one is hr interview rounds. Also there is a team interview process. Focus on basic of automation testing.

It all started with a call from HR and he arranged virtual interview over zoom within 2 3 days. It was a good technical interview and was around OOPs concepts, core java and selenium concepts. After 2 days got a call from HR stating you have cleared technical interview and he scheduled one with manager. 1 day before managerial round got call from HR stating manager is not available and postponed interview for 1 week. Finally after a week had managerial round and it went smooth. There was no update post that for 2 3 days, no response from HR on emails as well. I called HR after 4 days and he mentioned you have cleared managerial round and he is waiting for some final confirmation from the hiring manager to proceed further. Again no update from HR for 1 week and when I called he mentioned now they are not hiring for Mohali location and looking for someone in Chennai location and he can't proceed further (everything on calls post managerial round, he didn't bother to email or call proactively to inform the same). So everything was done by now and I joined another organization and suddenly i got call from HR again asking if I can still join, i asked him to process and give me offer letter for which he mentioned he will get back in 2 days. Again it's been more than a month now and I never got any call or email from him. So long story short it was a pathetic experience and was just a time waste. After checking with multiple people working there or have gone through interview in FIS Mohali, I found out that its very common here. Hiring team is very unprofessional and have no ethics, just ruining a global name. P.S. - It never went till any compensation discussion and hence no question of budget constraint as I was always open for salary negotiation.
