Initial Interview - ask you simple questions to test your communication skills like:
Tell me something about your childhood. Just simple questions really.
then you will be sent home, someone will call you if you get the job.
They present a contract with huge salary packages.

Standard questions lasted around 45 minutes typical two on one interview. Asked to do a short presentation to back up your interview process, pleasant interviewers and made to feel comfortable throughout
