First round - over phone or face to face - technical screening - not much in depth - just about your understanding of current project
Second technical round - in depth covering C#,OOPS,web,HTTP,JavaScript
Third -People Manager - just attitude/domain
Business unit(BU) round - little bit technical - about general web technology - this depends on BU
