Strangest interview process I have encountered. Applied online, about a month later received a request to complete a test, which was an hour long test, which was a series of games designed to predict your decision making style/what drives your decisions. The games were so obscure and I found some of them difficult to complete. Then I had an interview with someone from HR, which was a pretty standard behavioral interview. However, the company seemed very bizarre and wasn't what I was looking for so I withdrew from the interview process. The starting salary before placement was around 45k, and would also be requiring me to relocate without giving relocation. Then, once you finish their training, you start as a consultant and eventually have the opportunity to be placed with a client. I know this company has many bad reviews and honestly, many of them seem to have some truth to them. If you have no other job options/want to break into tech and are okay being payed so little, go for it. However, I am not that inclined to break into tech and have found better paying jobs in other industries. If you are applying or interviewing for this company, please be aware you are making so little.

Question 1
Tell me about a time a project was not going the way you planned. Tell me how you manage deadlines. What technical skills do you have
Pretty straightforward . Basic questions about your experience and qualifications . Nothing you haven’t heard before, but I would suggest you tie the answers back to the specific practice you’re interviewing for
