Quick and easy.. Too easy.. Went through a 2 phased process that locked down in a job in one day, this should be concerning as they look for replacements as the turn over rate is very bad here.

Fast paced and rushed, didn’t even look at my resume, so it was a very easy process; just asked questions that could’ve been answered had looked at resume and was hired on the spot. (it’s never a good sign when this happens)
