laid back 2 interviewers research focused personality based questions star method questions - The interviewers were not intimidating. They had genuine curiosity and were intentional with follow up questions. We talked majority about my research.

When is a time you faced a challenge in a leadership position?
Initial game style interview, then a virtual more technical interview with two interviewers which comprised 15min of you presenting something and then 30/40 min of them asking you about it. If successful on that stage then invited to a 2 night assessment centre.

Two rounds:
First basic introduction and resume related questions to test the communication skills
Second - both technical and behavioral testing the technical know how and behavioral aspects to judge a candidate
