    Talking about the good old days

    Cons

    Company has been in downward spiral for years, off shoring jobs relentlessly which leads to massive amounts of bureaucracy, slow moving projects and poor quality work. Company has given up on even pretending to be honest, layoffs are masked as firing people for made up performance related issues, anyone who is not a yes man, questions management or has any sort of disagreement with their manager gets ranked in the bottom arbitratily and without notice or reason and ends up getting fired.
