I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ExxonMobil in Sep 2014
Interview
The interview was really laid back (for an interview) and focused entirely on behavioral questions. I got an offer really quickly. After accepting, there is a relatively long period of not hearing anything. No salary, moving benefits, work location, or what I'd work on. About a month before leaving, my supervisors contacted me and helped me with my questions. The relocation team was great with answering any questions.
Most of the questions were focused on hypothetical scenarios, also did go through resume. The interviewers are generally quite nice and will be relevant to the team that you are attached to.

Interview
The interview is quite chill. He mostly asked me to explain my cv and 1 technical questions. The interviewer is quite friendly too. Be sure to know everything you wrote at your cv
questions and answer type, question were really difficult to tailor our experience to it and all are behavioral questions. Does not ask about why you choose the company / the position at all.
