Interview

Had a phone interview with recruiter and then spoke with a process design engineer at the site. Unique situation considering I was in Germany for the initial phone screening but thought it was really straightforward.

Coordinated well and separated into 3 stages. Friendly interviewers, who are most likely your direct supervisor, or the leadership team. In total, it took about three quarter of a day.

Interview

Long drawn process and it took them 4 months to roll out the offer. However, partially the delay could be because of the Covid-19 related issues. A very structured approach to the interview was followed. 2 Technical rounds with the 2nd one also focusing on behavioral aspects .
