Only two rounds of behavioral type of interview. They basically describe a situation and the candidate is supposed to give example from their own experience on what happened, their actions and the impact. If the person's chatty enough, that is piece of cake. On the other hand, people with zero technical skills will pass as well.

There was a screening phone interview, followed by an in-person interview that lasted about 3 hours. There were 3 other candidates invited. First you were given a presentation about the company, then you meet 3-4 different hiring stakeholders for a 30 minute interview.
