I attended a career fair held at my university and spoke to a representative of the company. They invited me for an interview then and there. Interview took about 45 minutes and it went very well. All questions were STAR-type questions. Got invited on-site to Houston for the final stage of the interview process

Question 1
Talk about a time where you lacked a resource during a project. How did you go about solving the problem?
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
