Unprofessional and Disrespectful Hiring Process
I interviewed for a position here 3+ months ago and had what I thought was a positive experience. After the interview, the recruiter told me they wanted to move forward with my candidacy and requested all my documentation, which I promptly provided.
I was told my application was "waiting for management approval" and that I would hear back soon. That was over three months ago. Since then: complete radio silence. No updates, no rejection email, nothing. I've followed up multiple times and been completely ghosted.
This experience shows a complete disregard for candidates' time and a serious lack of basic professional courtesy. If this is how they treat potential employees during the hiring process, I can only imagine what it's like to actually work here.
Taking someone's personal documents, giving them false hope, and then disappearing is not just unprofessional—it's disrespectful and raises serious questions about the company's ethics and organizational culture.
Do Not Waste Your Time
Save yourself the frustration. A company that can't even send a simple status update or rejection email after 3+ months is not worth your time or energy. There are plenty of organizations out there that actually respect job candidates.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview covered standard behavioral and technical questions relevant to the role. However, the real question should have been: "Are we actually serious about hiring, or are we just wasting candidates' time?"
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Exusia (Johannesburg) in Sep 2025
Interview
There are various people involved in the process you do not have one point of contact. Because there are so many people involved, there are no acountability or signle point of contact for feedback an dcomunication . The hiring process is one way they ask for information, and that's it, you cannot confirm uncertainties or clear ambiguities or follow up. They do not reply. For Example:

Step 2: Recruiter Two - Contacts you to schedule an interview session. Does not provide any details about the person that you will be meeting for the interview? If the first interview is successful.
Step 3:Recruiter Two - Contacts you again to schedule a 2nd interview session. If the second Interview is successful
Step 4:Recruiter Three - Send you email that they are happy with you and want to proceed with screening and requests for all documentation for screening
Step 5: Follow up no response and Ghost
None of the three Recruiters provide feedback Ghost
I Had 3 rounds of interview - 2 technical, one manager round. At last before salary negotiation, they rejected the profile saying they have hired some one else with less package.
