Extensis interview questions

I interviewed with three people, one after the other, all of whom I now work with on a daily basis. Their questions did not feel like a test or overly personally intrusive -- it seemed like everyone had a genuine interest in assessing my experience level and where I would fit in the company. I felt engaged and connected with each of my interviewers.

Telephone screen, coding challenge, and hour chat with two engineers. Thought the interview went well, but was ghosted by the recruiter, with never so much as a follow up. Everyone gets busy, but that's literally your job.
