Great proccess. Get to know the company well. There are several steps though to this but it makes it thorough for both sides. Expectations are clear. The introductions to the next steps for the process is streamlined

Disjointed Seemed to be trying to wing this. One interview with inexperienced HR person who was friendly but had no structure. Second interview with the manager was more friendly.
