The process is very unenjoyable. It goes like this: Recorded Solo Interview, weeks and WEEKS of silence, recorded phone meeting, recorded zoom meeting, testing, then ghosting. Don’t expect them to communicate with you at all during this process, before or after. . As others have eluded to, it is clear this is a toxic environment to be in. Very unfriendly interview and I wouldn’t accept this job if it was offered, I know another person who went through the process and had the exact same experience.
