1. Resume Screening (Optional Pre-screen Call)
What: Review resume to check qualifications, experience, and alignment with role.
Optional: 15-minute phone call to verify basics (location, availability, interest).

2. First Interview – HR / Recruiter Screen
Format: 20–30 minutes (phone or video)

Communication skills
3. Second Interview – Technical / Hiring Manager
Format: 45–60 minutes (video or in-person)
Purpose:
Skills assessment
Problem-solving approach
Team collaboration

4. Final Interview – Team/Panel or Leadership
Format: 30–60 minutes
Purpose:
Meet team members
Evaluate personality/team fit

Interview
Interview was very aligned and sorted. Very relevant and good questions. Panel connected well and listen with interest. Most of the questions are around recruitment life cycle, cNPS, stakeholders management, training and development, Team handling, Employer Branding and HRM Tools
