Did two initial interviews through teams. Both interviews lasted about 30 min. I really enjoyed the interview with the attorney. The interview with the director was choppy and awkward. I was extended an offer and was sent the "Work For Hire Agreement". I was given an approximate start date. I advised that I had other offers pending and would commit to ER. Prior to signing the WFH agreement I get a call that the starting dates would be extended out one month and then I was told there wouldn't be fulltime work at first, but they still expected me to obtain required designations. Then I get an email telling me that they were not going to hire me because I didn't have specific Market review experience. I had other favorable offers on the table and this company really wasted my time and money. They strung me along for over three weeks after extending an offer and then hired someone else. Very unprofessional. I learned a valuable lesson for sure, but at this level I shouldn't be dealing with situations like this. Maybe it's a circus side show at Examination Resources and this is just how they do business. I wanted to share the experience in hopes someone else doesn't waste their time and resources with this company.
