I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Evreka (Istanbul) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview process was unnecessarily long and highly unprofessional. First, I was assigned a 2-day task, followed by a 1-hour technical interview and another 1-hour interview with the founder. After all this effort, I was left waiting for two weeks, repeatedly told, "We’ll get back to you this week."
Finally, I received a generic rejection message with no clear explanation. When I asked for feedback to understand their decision, I received no response at all.
If your company is going to take up so much of someone’s time and effort, the least you can do is provide proper feedback and treat candidates with respect. This process reflects poorly on the company and raises serious questions about how you value people’s time and contributions.

Amazing interview with reasonable questions regarding the job position and a pleasant tone of the conversation. The interaction occurred through remote electronic means of communication without any delay and with a nice quality of connection.
You apply with CV on LinkedIn or their company website, if they like it they send a task with an email, if they like it then they call you for an interview.
