Interview
The interview process consist of 3 steps and the company moved pretty quickly. After applying you receive a phone call interview that’s more of a screening to talk about the company and you as a candidate. It was a friendly conversation. Then, you’re invited into the office in Tustin, CA for an in person interview. They said they would get back to me within 1-2 weeks on next steps. The last step is to meet with one of the higher ups like the CEO. I didn’t move towards the last step because I got ghosted after coming in. It would have been nice to receive an email with the status of my application and reason for not moving forward whether it was because of company fit, qualifications, or so.

Straightforward and to the point. Stress free process. CEO and employees were friendly and accommodating. Ease of communication via email and telephone. Would recommend this company to others. Located in Tustin, CA.
