The Issues: Rescheduled multiple times: My initial call was moved several times, and when it finally happened, the recruiter seemed unprepared and unable to answer basic questions about compensation, benefits, or role specifics. Long delays: After the first call, it took three weeks to hear back about the next round. Interviewer no-show: When it was finally scheduled, the interviewer never showed up. no explanation or follow-up. Final Thoughts: EvenUp’s recruiting process is extremely disorganized and does not respect candidates’ time. If you are considering applying, think twice—my experience aligned with the negative reviews I initially ignored. They need to get their hiring process in order before engaging with candidates.
