Totally opaque and unfair selection process. They ask you to do a remote test with your name above. It consists of a stupid excel test and to write a very short essay in 50 min. Basically they evaluate decades of studies and sacrificies with a very subjective and silly test (with your name very well written above all sheets). If you want to work here buy an english-version of office so that it checks your spelling mistakes while you write in a rush. Or cheat and ask for help to a friend while you do the test. Anyone could cheat in a test like this. Honesty is not rewarded at all. Just an excuse because they already know who to hire. After all the entire process is not anonymous and they don't even publish the name of the winners.
