Etro Construction interview questions

One phone conversation with HR. Followed by two separate interviews with two different directors. Intent of all conversations during interview process appeared to focus on if the company was the right fit. No technical questions were asked. No checklists or required questions asked. All interviews followed a casual conversation fixated on talking through work experience.
