I applied for the barista position in person at the store. The called me the next day and set up interview for later that week. The interview was next. In store and laid back, mostly seemed in how I would interact with other employees and interface with customers. Paperwork and on-the-job training followed.

Interview
Spoke to owner, was asked about my experience and qualifications. Learned about the position and the hours. Met the other employees. Got a walkthrough of the kitchen and learned about the products that I would be making for service to the public. Got a breakdown of the computer to clock in and out.
