Quite Intensive and technical with lots of previous hands on experience / scenarios based samples required. Furthermore the interview panel asked for how I manage difficult colleagues and downlines. I also recollect how I intend to implement a project once approval is obtained.

Interview
Smooth and straight to the point. After the interview process then comes the documentations and medical etc. The payment and benefits are one of the best within the indeguneous E&P companies
