Got a call and asked if I could go for an interview the day after. Went for it, pretty plain, was showed the offices and the factory. Got introduced to coworkers-to-be even. No deal on the salary.

Je connaissais déjà mon employeur et ma bonne réputation m'avait précédé. L'entretien a été une simple formalité et mes compétences en allemand furent contrôlées par le PDG d'origine allemande. Il savait que je désirais progresser et m'orienter vers un poste de chef de produits. Notre discussion fut très décontractée et notre position respective rapidement établie.
