I only had one interview with the GM. Apparently I had all the qualifications for the job. The interview process entailed a written questionnaire/exam before a formal face to face interview. The questions weren't anything out of the ordinary. I am a very personable person and like to talk, so interviews are very easy for me. The interviewer was very likable and professional but not "stuffy".
