Equality Michigan interview questions

The manner of the interviewer was bad. The phone hung up few times on their side, and sound very impatient. Whenever I finished answering a question, there was a dead air for over a minute. I had done many interviews from other companies before but never had one like this. If you are serious about job, go somewhere else!
