When I went there were people right from fresh graduate to working professionals. They were mostly looking. Someone with probably lower salary expectations
Asked basic questions on balance sheet and Finance. Saw my financial models .Also asked about salary and why I want so much salary
I wanted to switch from current field to finance so he looked apprehensive despite answering questions correctly
He offered unpaid internships for 3 months without assurance of job and I declined.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Eqestar Capital (Mumbai) in May 2017
