Overall the interview process is very short; a simple recruiter phone screening (30-45mins) and then a combined interview with the hiring manager and program manager (30-45mins). I will say that due to the brevity of the interviews there wasn't really a chance to be able to "show them what you got" in a sense.
Only one semi-technical question was asked and at that it was one that was previously asked by the recruiter. I believe the process could be much improved by splitting up the second/final interview so that a candidate may be asked more in depth questions, instead of having a compressed amount of time for multiple people. That way each of the interviewers have an allotment to fill with questions, and in turn the candidate will have the opportunity to provide first-hand their experiences beyond the summaries or one-liners in the resume.
