2 hour technical screen - very thorough and intense. I was asked many questions on theory, best practice as well as all the Cisco products I have touched and worked on. Interviewer was very pleasant to talk to but the interview was very difficult. The company is very select on new hires and besides just the technical chops they want to make sure you are a fit for the culture of the company as well.
