First there is an Introductory phone call, then interview with 2 members of teams, case study following that, and then a final fit interview with another team member. Longer process than some other firms but quick response time.

There was an initial phone screen, followed by a case study that was analyzing a company of their choice. You get the opportunity to speak with most people on the team. All of which have about a year of experience or more.
