First a got a phone interview, after that I had an normal interview with a local manager here at Epicor, after that I had to pass an english test, submit certain documents a proof of previous work, my car insurance and that was it.

Interview
It took a month to get a offer. I was not told that this job is for voice process. I was hired for a development. 2 Puzzles were given to solve. then questions related to web and internet Html5, Css3, javascript dom tree, Jquery framework, ajax, MySql queries, Server side language GET AND POST, API, all related to web technologies. Was to design a simple web page using animation via jquery. And finally they will dump you into voice process

Interview
Waiting for the third round. 2 rounds were telephonic and expecting one more telephonic.
1st round was hiring manager round which was about 20-30mins
2nd round was with the technical team from US which was also about 30mins.
