A person from HR emailed me shortly after I applied online and scheduled a phone interview for the next week. I ended up not continuing with the process even though they had contacted me again because they wanted me for a different position that I was not interested in. The interviewer talked a lot about the area and the company culture and overall the interview was pretty straight forward.
