      Interview

I originally applied towards the end of December and the process completed about 2 months later. The first part was a phone interview that was not very difficult. The interviewer mostly described the position I was applying for and asked if I had any questions. Most of the phone interview was him answering any questions I had, but then towards the end had to talk about myself and programming experience. Later I was invited out to WI for an interview. It was an awesome campus and working environment. The people were all very friendly. The interview day itself is very long I got there by 8:15 and left at maybe 5:15. You get a tour, product demo, talk to people from the position or positions you are applying for, paid lunch, assessment test, and of course an interview of two. You meet so many people through out the day I'm convinced each one is a mini interview and each person reports to HR. The programming assessment is not easy and unfortunately I did not even have enough time to answer all the questions since I had to leave for my flight that night.
