Interview
Seems like the makings of a great company in general, but you can tell a lot about how a company operates by how they treat candidates. Interviewed multiple times, never heard anything back after several follow-ups. Complete disregard for candidate's effort/time. Unfortunately, can't recommend interviewing here.

Interview
I had 1:1 interviews with various function heads and the CEO over a longer time period. It gave me a chance to get to know the team, business, and the type of work I'd be diving into right away. Overall, I had a positive experience, and felt that the team spent time to get to know my strengths to customize a role that would compliment my background.

Question 1
Questions were related to mitigating churn, working with clients, team development, etc. Pretty standard questions.

Interview
Initial interview with hiring manager. Extremely friendly and well versed. Typical interview questions in this portion of the interview. Have you managed a project, how many clients have you managed etc.
You then move on to an excel/written aptitude test emailed to you. The excel portion is easy. The written is a situational email responses. I "failed" this portion because I didn't go into extreme detail about the product or know the companies business practices.
This is a 40-50 employee company that has some poor reviews. The pay range was 70k-80k.
This test is insulting as a seasoned CSM to be requested to complete. The extreme detail you unknowingly need to give is absurd.
I would avoid this company.
