It's about what you'd expect. There is a trial class that you have to teach in order to test your skills, but it's not very hard at all. The trial classes are 15-25 minutes and just involve going over an article with a student.

Interview
First you must define a word for about 1 minute then talk about a topic for 1 about minute. It wouldn't take even 15 minutes to go through the interview process.

Interview
There is no interview. When you apply, you get taken to a page where you have to answer a couple of question prompts. In my case, they had me explain an expression or idiom. They allow you to retake that portion as many times as you want, but the question prompt changes. If you pass that part, you move on to training and the two demo classes you have to do to get in.
