I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at English Innovations (Shinjuku)
Interview
The first interview was done online. They introduce the company and then they give you a few practice problems. You have to explain what the answers are and how you would explain them to students. If you do well, they’ll ask you to come in and do a very short sort of mock lesson. Usually they’ll have another instructor play the role of student.

Question 1
I don’t remember, but they probably asked about your teaching history/background.
Was contacted for an interview but from there on, the communication was zero. I was told I would be notified in 10 days of the next steps and if not, it's probably because of the interviewer being overloaded with work. Almost 2 weeks, no response even after two follow up emails. It would be curteous to at least receive an update on the progress, or if they couldn't offer me a job.
