Engagement Labs interview questions

Interview process was super easy. No in person interview required. Just one call with direct report and another with head of department. People are super easy to talk to.

There was a technical test (github) and a few questions around it. Interview panel included 3 people and they were friendly. There were very few technical questions. Although the discussion on technical test was detailed. One disappointing thing is not getting any feedback or a valid rejection reason. Guess it was expected salary.
