There was an induction by HR, followed by interview by a senior member. Questions were based on past experience, future interests, experience with curriculum design, awareness of child protection policies, outreach experience

I first received a call directly from the person I would have been working under, they asked me what techniques I knew and to talk about myself
It was an on the spot phone interview which was a little surprising
They asked me to interview on site and asked questions about my hobbies with a few tricky PCR technical questions

Interview
Over all the interview process was not difficult. You will be judged on personality and wit. They generally look for a well rounded scientist with an array of skills. There was an initial phone screen followed by two on-site interviews. The final interview lasted for 4 hours and an offer was made before I left the building. Scientific questions were general and pulled directly from my resume. No questions were asked about my thesis, papers, or previous companies.
