I was approached by a recruiter. I had a phone interview with employer. Then, two in-person interviews with employer.
They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. No gotcha questions.

There were a number of questions meant for them to understand how I'd handle a typical Technical Support process that may involve escalation.
