I was reached out to by a recruiter that was hiring for the role at hand; they went through the general "tell me about your background" questions, in addition to asking about qualifications and salary.
I was then told that Endygo wanted to move forward and was directed to an online personality test.
From there, an in person interview was scheduled with the executives. In my first of two interviews (back to back) I met with two of the sales leaders, where they asked me questions about my background and relating proficiency regarding managing various eCommerce platforms. After this, I met with the owner of the company, where he asked high level questions about my career goals and personality-based questions.
Shortly after the interview I received an offer, and am so glad that I accepted!
