4 interviews, one phone call, A video recording and two technical/behavioural interviews. Took several months!! I was asked so many different questions from behavioural to technical.
Managers repeatedly ask questions like, "If they are on vacation and something critical happens, what will you do?"
As the position was junior, I found repeating that type of question unfit for the position and its responsibilities.
That gave me the impression that's possible it happens a lot when you are left alone there to deal with issues.
They also didn't include in the job posting that this would be a junior position and they tell you in the interview.
Overall, I didn't like their hiring process. It was too long a process for even a managing position let alone a junior position!
